Enjoy your meal in a 1950’s barn overlooking Whitemud creek, and take in the sights and sounds of the country!

Course 1: Bread Course
-Freshly made Focaccia Bread with Virgin olive oil and Modena balsamic vinegar
with sliced baked French Baguette with Plum Butter, Whipped Ricotta Cheese,
Honey, and Chilli Flakes.
Course 2: Appetizer Course
-Short Rib Truffle Flatbread, Garlic cream sauce, Wild Mushrooms and Shallots
Smoked Gouda, Asiago Chips and Truffle Oil
Course 3: Pasta Entrée
-Canadian Atlantic Lobster House made Gnocchi, White Wine Rose sauce, sautéed onions,
Garlic, and tomatoes with Grated Parmesan Cheese and Herb Bread Crumbs.
Drink: glass of BC wine or local beer
Course 4: Dessert Platter
-Churros and caramel sauce, Chocolate Brownie, Mini pancake with berry
compote and whip cream
Refund Policy: As these events are limited in availability the tickets are non re-fundable. However each ticket can be transferred to a future date. If a future date is not available this year, a gift certificate will be provided for next years events. If the venue needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances ( Severe Weather, Tornado warning), guests will be given the option of a full refund or a transfer to another date.
