June 22 Farm to Table

Join us for a Farm to Table Dinner celebrating Bison with Villa Bistro and Thundering Ground Bison Ranch.  Tickets on sale now! Each gift purchased for Fathers Day will come in the form of a gift certificate to present to your dad or significant person on Fathers Day. Please specify on checkout if you would like the gift certificate emailed or mailed.

Course 1:
Smoked Bison Carpaccio
-Topped with asiago Cheese, Crispy Capers, truffle oil, fig balsamic glaze and crostini and Arugula salad
Drink: Welcome Cocktail

Course 2:
Pulled Bison Ravioli
-Wild Mushroom cream sauce, home made fresh pasta

Course 3:
Blackened Bison Tenderloin
-Charred Broccolini and Garlic Truffle Mash Potatoes.
Drink: Choice of glass of BC wine or local beer

Course 4:
Fudge Brownie
-Baileys caramel sauce, Raspberry ice cream topped with fresh berries

A Go Fund Me has been set up for Thundering Ground Bison Ranch as three quarters of her ranch has been burned by the wildfires in Wildwood. Her ranch still continues to be threatened. See the list of needs to donate here.  A portion of ticket sales will also be donated.

Refund Policy: As these events are limited in availability the tickets are non re-fundable. However each ticket can be transfered to a future date. If a future date is not available this year, a gift certificate will be provided for next years events. If the venue needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances ( Severe Weather, Tornado warning), guests will be given the option of a full refund or a transfer to another date.
