Join us for our last Farm to Flame Dinner of the season prepared by celebrity Chef Lindsay Porter. Come experience food cooked over the open fire and enjoy your meal in a 1950’s barn overlooking Whitemud creek. Sit back, relax and take in the sights and sounds of the country! This menu will feature chef Lindsay’s garden vegetables, OId Red Barn Beef, and Crisp Acres pumpkins

Fireside:
Caramelized Onion Yogurt, grilled naan bread, pickled beets
Frist Course: Pumpkin Soup
Crisp Acres baby pumpkin bowl, squash, cinnamon, star Anise
Second Course: Charred Poblano Pirogies
Creamy Poblano Sauce, cheese pirogies, charred pumpkin and zucchini, mint, cilantro
Third Course: Braised Ginger Beef
Old Red Barn Beef Brisket, Smoked Mash potato, ginger soy glaze, charred brussel leaves
Dessert: Rhubarb and Meringue
Crispy meringue, white chocolate and pumpkin cream cheese, rhubarb jam
*For this event we will be seated in the hayloft. Guests must be able to climb 12 stairs to access the loft.
Refund Policy: As these events are limited in availability the tickets are non re-fundable. However each ticket can be transferred to a future date. If a future date is not available this year, a gift certificate will be provided for next years events. If the venue needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances ( Severe Weather, Tornado warning), guests will be given the option of a full refund or a transfer to another date.
