Chef Jason Oliver

Edmonton local born and raised, Chef Jason Oliver is the new Executive Chef for the prestigious Royal Mayfair Golf Club.
In his youth, Jason spent many days in gardens, fields of grain, and tending animals in the country. He learned that hard work started before the chickens stirred and that getting your hands dirty on the farm was an amazing yet tough lifestyle.
Chef Oliver’s philosophy is to let the food speak for itself, from the raw to the cooked meat dishes, the ingredients need to be allowed to shine with a & “less is more” or “KISS” approach.
