The Old Red Barn & Kitchen by Brad Smoliak have partnered to bring you an original summer dining experience. Enjoy a date night, or an evening with friends (for you and up to 11 people). What does this look like...
When you get there... Wine, Saskatoon Lemonade, and individual local charcuterie will be served on the covered veranda of the reclaimed Old Red Barn, and among the beautiful view and old-time tractor. This is a fantastic opportunity for photographs and feed the 4 horses,
Dinner is served in the converted barn where it will be communal seating. Depending on the size of your group you may share your table with other people (don't worry, you will meet as strangers and leave as friends).
The meal is created by Brad Smoliak featuring an array of locally purveyed food from a different farmer each dinner that will tell their story and have product for purchase at the Farm Store, which will be open for every dinner at The Old Red Barn.
This dinner will be a multi-course. Wine, approximately 2.5 glasses per person, will be served through the evening. Wines curated by Color de Vino.
We try to keep an eye on when the sun will be setting and pause dinner so that you can take some photos. The Old Red Barn’s veranda is perfectly situated for Alberta’s most beautiful sunsets.
The Old Red Barn is approximately 15 minutes south of the Edmonton International Airport. We strongly suggest you organize a shuttle service to bring you out and take you home. Allow 3.5hrs for reception, meal, and photos.
Owners of The Old Red Barn, Melissa & Matt Schur, and owners of Kitchen, Brad & Leanne Smoliak, will be your hosts, ready to provide a memorable evening for you and your group.
